G Suite: Placing Adverts on your Blog

It’s very interesting to know that you can own a blog and earn money from it. But how? First thing is that you must be a writer. So many people want to just sit down to see money flowing into their account. This is possible, but for numerable people on earth. You can develop the zeal to write and become a blogger.

Secondly, create a blog site. There are a number of blog site creators you can use, but I’ll suggest you use Blogger (BlogSpot) by Google for a reason you will find out before the end of this blog.  Blog creation is just an aspect of this. After creating the blog, your writing begins.

Google AdSense will help you in placing adverts on your blog when you apply for that, but your site must have been running already for 6 months with adequate write-ups. So, the next thing you need is patience; 6 months isn’t 6 years. However, don’t forget to set your layout to include AdSense.

In time past, it was different, as Google AdSense would grant your advert placement request without your acquiring a domain for your blog site. Now you must register a domain for your blog site before getting to see adverts on your site. That is where the G Suite applies.

There are numerous companies you can buy a domain from, but since Google is hosting your blog, through its Google BlogSpot which I earlier mentioned, and placing the adverts for, why not? Buy the domain from them, i.e. from G Suite (GoDaddy), to make things easier for you. You’ll be given just two weeks, i.e. 14 days of trial and then you start paying for the domain use. So, what I’m I saying? Google hosts your blog for free and will pay you as long as their Google AdSense advert placed on your blog is clicked buy users who come to your site. Pay them back by buying a domain from them and receive concersion when one is offered.

POS (Point of Sale): E-payment/Good business for the unemployed

The issue of unemployment has taken a high tone today especially in Nigeria where the government of the day is just focused on favoring themselves, while jailing and troubling those who did not favor them in the past. The fresh graduates will almost pray that the Youth Service program should never come to an end.  But someday it has to end. In the past, the government encouraged education to say it was a final bus stop for anyone who would make it. The story is different today as most people who have respected the call to go to school still come out of school to struggle spaces with those who could not afford going to school; some have become subjects to those who have never seen the four corners of a school; ERROR! Don’t get me wrong, education is sweet; without it, I won’t have the know-how of writing. Let’s tell ourselves the truth.

However, there are several kinds of job the unemployed can lay hands and with patience and integrity, he will make.

The POS (point of sale) as the name implies has gone beyond using it to transact buying and selling business. It is used to pay utility bills, make money transfer, and lots more.

If you did not know, know it now.  Most of these e-payment operations have been extended beyond the banks to create employments. Using the POS outside the banking hall makes you by-pass the crowd inside the bank or at the ATM stand. Lucky enough if the proprietor of the POS stand is just on your street, then you have by-passed transporting yourself to the bank while wasting a lot of time. Just instead use that money for your fare to pay for the POS service. Shikenah! But your ATM card must be a MasterCard. (That was when the biz just began, now you can use whether MasterCard or VisaCard 😁)

On the part of the unemployed, don’t just look, wake up, find how you can get a POS machine, and then locate a strategic area where you know you can make sales (e.g. where there are no banks, no NEPA offices or any other utility office) to erect your kiosk. Some single transactions cost over N200 but the least transaction is N20. If you make fifty of such in a day, you don't need to worry yourself anymore 😆

Academic qualification? You don’t need, just know how to operate the POS machine, that is all about it.😜

Bet9ja: Facts and Myths

Far back when I was young, I used see people spend their monies on playing different kinds of games.; there was this type they played in 6 holes each (the Efiks call it “Nsa Isong”); it is called Nsa Isong because people who do not have the carved wood will simply dig holes in ground and gather twenty-four stones each to play the game. This is just one of the games.

Other kinds of games were cards and the bigger and very obvious game was the pool. It was the bigger game because there were offices (pool houses) where people went to play this game. The similar thing about these games was that money was at stake; the more money involved the more win was expected by the stalkers or players.

How about the category of people who played the games? Drunks, wife beaters, drug pushers/users, vagabonds and the likes; they were rated as the irresponsible ones in the society; they were usually masked or disguised as most of them preferred to visit the pool house at night.

As we speak today, these games have taken a higher dimension; the categories of people have changed and people no more need to play them at night; now na koro-koro. But why? The answer is simple; it shouldn’t bother anyone how the other person makes his money; e consine you? This is not caused by the change government, no. But e don tey from time imo river before change government. We find top shots across the globe betting with very fat sum of money, cars, landed properties, you name it. If they win, yes they do, otherwise they won’t keep doing it. Some play the games online so you won’t see them live.

 I’m writing on Bet9ja before I forget. lols… my laptop even recognizes Bet9ja whereas it won’t recognize so many people’s names except they are added to the computer’s dictionary. This shows that Bet9ja is recognized globally.

Like I always mention, my articles are live because I’m always at the event place to take stories. So, people, on my second visit, but another of its office, I was forced to ask; “please what do people actually do here?” Then I got an answer, “ah, here? People predict football scores to win money.” So I concluded, “this is just the upgraded pool house.” So I went further, “have you ever won?” Then went the young man again, “ah me? You know say some of us want to win big so like me now, I no dey come here always, na like weekends.” Then I re-asked, “have you ever won?” there was no sure answer, issorite, so left him to himself.

To cut the story short, at the end of my short stay, this young man got shouting “oti wole, oti wole” i.e. it has entered. It was discovered that he had won 10k over a N100 bait. Oya o, payment time and the proprietor said, “Give me your account number, I will make a transfer to you.” Come see people as they shout, “haba, 10k only, una no fit pay cash?” issorite!

But on their banner, you will find "Bet9ja, prompt payment, no stories". To pay only 10k now, story, story. So what is the truth now? Abeg if you know, drop your comments.
