How to Publish Microsoft Docs. into PDF

To start with, let me quickly explain what PDF is in my tiny little language anyone can easily understand. PDF is an application format used, whereby document converted into its form are easy to access. What am I trying to say? I’m not only trying to say it, but I am factually saying that when Microsoft docs. Are developed and converted into PDF format, they are easily accessed.

Why are they easily accessed? The Microsoft Company or body, as you may wish to call them, upgrade their Windows every time. In light of this, if a document was developed using a higher version of Windows, it is impossible to open the doc. with a lower Windows version.

So what is the solution? Very simple. Convert the document into PDF format. How? Whether the doc. is MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint or CorelDraw, it can be converted into PDF.

The first thing to be sure of is that you have downloaded the Acrobat reader into your computer system. This is to enable you carry out the conversion successfully.

For MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint docs., after developing and saving the doc., click on “File” on your document Menu, further click on “Export” and lastly click on “Create PDF/XPS”, and your PDF format is done. For CorelDraw doc., after developing and saving the document, click on “File”, “Publish to PDF” and that is it. You may wish to rename the document after the conversion. That is about the only thing that can be changed after the conversion.

These are about the major advantages of converting a document into the PDF format: It preserves layouts, formatting, fonts and images; content can’t be easily changed; free viewers are available on the web. For example, some people have a soft copy of their official signatures which they always paste at the end of their letters. When such document is converted into PDF, the signature cannot be copied.

Hope this works for you. Please follow and leave your comments.

Prayer, The Christian’s Tool

Don’t be baffled that I’m writing on prayer. Note that this blog is not stereo-typed. It decently cuts across every works of life.

Now, prayer. What is prayer or what can be termed as prayer?

But before answering that question, let’s find out who can pray. Anyone can pray. In fact, everyone prays; a student prays to pass his examinations; a couples prays to prosper in marriage; a soldier prays to conquer in battle; a thief prays not to be caught☹️; a lawyer prays to win a case; and so on. With these lights, it is simple to define what prayer is.

Prayer is a request or solicit made to obtain a thing. Very simple. That is why some people write letters of application or proposals and at the end of the letter they make a prayer of what they want to obtain. That is prayer. In prayers, you lobby to get what you want. Now, it depends on who you are praying to. Prayers can be made to a friend, a business partner, an organization, a law court, an earthly parent, the devil or God. Having explained this much, let’s get down to the title of this article.
When prayer is referred as a Christian’s tool, such prayers can only be made to God; only those who have faith in God can make an effective use; only the righteous can successfully use it; only those who are fully obedient to God’s word and commands can enjoy its dividend.

Revelations 5:8 explains that when the saints pray, the prayers go into the harps and golden vials of the four and twenty elders in heaven as odours. When these prayers are made with holy hands and hearts, be sure that they have entered into the harps and golden vials of the elders in heaven who in turn present them to God as odours to trigger answers to the saint.

Beloved, live a holy and righteous life; have total faith in God; obey His commands; and the prayer tool will work for you.

God bless you.
